Each instrument must carry a caption at the top stating the nature of the document (ARS 11-480).

Print or type the name of every party legibly beneath each signature.

Include the mailing address of each party and the name and address for return of the recorded document.

Text must be at least 10-point type on paper no larger than 8½" x 14" so the document images legibly.

Conveyances require original signatures with a complete Arizona acknowledgment naming the county and state where signed.

Most deeds must be accompanied by an Affidavit of Property Value.
